MEMO offers challenging and varied workouts each week to meet the needs of both experienced and novice swimmers and triathletes.

MEMO currently trains at two locations: Encinal High School, in the city of Alameda, and Farrelly Pool in San Leandro. The pool at Alameda High (Emma Hood) is now closed while a new one is being constructed. Expected completion date is early 2026.
