MEMO offers challenging and varied workouts each week to meet the needs of both experienced and novice swimmers and triathletes.

MEMO and MEOW (our sister team) train at Encinal High School, in the city of Alameda. Beginning June 9, 2025 we are adding Farrelly Pool in San Leandro. The pool at Alameda High (Emma Hood) is now closed while a new one is being constructed. Expected completion date is 2026.
